Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip with Greek Yogurt
Ingredients
- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 2 10 oz cans canned chicken drained
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
- 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup bleu cheese crumbles optional
- 1/4 cup scallions optional
Instructions
- Heat crockpot to high.
- Add all ingredients except for bleu cheese crumbles and scallions.
- After one hour, stir mixture until well combined. Cook for 1-2 more hours; adjusting heat as needed.
- Once heated through, serve with carrot and celery sticks, crackers, and/or chips.(Optional) Just before serving, top with bleu cheese crumbles and scallions.
