Slow Cooker Keto Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 1 14.5 oz can artichokes drained and chopped
- 1 8 oz can water chestnuts chopped
- 1 8 oz package frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
- 1 8 oz bag mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 medium tomato chopped
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except for tomato in a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped tomatoes just before serving. Serve with carrot chips, whole grain crackers, pita or tortilla chips.
