Looking for a quick and flavorful side dish? This air fryer broccoli recipe is DYNAMITE! Super simple, healthy, and delish. And did I mention it only takes 20 minutes from start to finish?
This combo {pictured below} is my FAVORITE for seasoning roasting vegetables. It is an excellent marinade for green beans, mushrooms, or cabbage.
Minced ginger^ is something I discovered several years ago, and it quickly became one of my favorite kitchen staples. It’s similar to jarred minced garlic and gives the fresh flavor and slight bite of ginger minus the pain of grating actual fresh ginger root.
If you’re not familiar with liquid aminos, this recipe can be made with low-sodium soy sauce instead. Liquid aminos^ and soy sauce have a similar flavor profile, so they’re easily interchangeable.
Keep in mind that standard soy sauce contains gluten, so if you are looking to keep the recipe gluten-free, be sure to opt for liquid aminos.
P. S. Be sure to grab toasted sesame oil^. It’s a difference-maker!
P. P. S. This recipe can be adapted if you don’t have an air fryer. To roast in the oven, preheat to 400F and bake for 20-30 minutes.
To make a complete meal, pair this air fryer broccoli recipe with roasted sesame marinated tofu which uses many of the same ingredients. This combination is a flavorful, plant-based meal the whole will enjoy!
