Kayla provides information on how eat and move your body with refined but not complex strategies. Her approach isn’t magic, it just makes logical sense. Until working with Kayla, I did not have the building blocks of information about nutrition, movement, glucose & its impacts on my body to make sense of anything.
Working with Kayla in her CGM program opened my eyes to how my daytime grazing was contributing to unbalanced blood sugar and some of my weight recurrence.
