Add nuts and mix until coated well.
Line air fryer with parchment paper and add nut mixture. Press into an even layer.
Heat air fryer to 250 degrees and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from air fryer and sprinkle with sea salt.
Cool in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours or overnight.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
