1family-sized Caesar salad kit1-24 oz kit or 2 small kits
4-6cupssalad greens of choiceeg. spinach, spring greens, or romaine
1lemonjuiced
16ozsmoked salmon
1avocado
1/2cuproasted chickpeas
Instructions
In a large bowl (the biggest you can find), add contents of Caeser salad kit (using 1/2 the dressing & discard croutons). Add salad greens and juice from one lemon. Toss with a tongs until greens are generously coated.
Transfer greens to plates/bowls.
Flake salmon and slice avocado; divide evenly among salads. Top with roasted chickpeas.
