Instructions
Combine sesame oil, olive oil, liquid aminos, sriracha sauce, garlic, ginger, and sugar. Whisk until mixed thoroughly.
Pour marinade over chicken and marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
Thred chicken cubes onto skewer and grill over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
