Ingredients

chicken breast
boneless, skinless

chicken thighs
boneless, skinless

egg

cup
parmesan cheese
grated
1/4

Boursin cheese
1/4
cup
almond flour
salt & pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse then blend until mixture resembles a thick, sticky paste.
Form mixture into nuggets; set aside.
STOVETOP
In a large saute pan, heat 1-2 Tbsp avocado oil over high heat.
Add nuggets to pan in a single layer with enough space so they are not touching each other. Cook for 2 minutes per side.
Remove from pan and drain on a paper towel.
AIR FRYER
Preheat air fryer to 425F.
Arrange chicken cheese nuggets in a single layer and cook for 4 minutes.
