Air Fryer Butternut Squash {gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan}
This warm, hearty side dish is meant to please the whole family. With only 4 ingredients, this air fryer butternut squash recipe can be prepared in a pinch!
Add squash to a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil and salt and pepper; toss to coat.
Transfer squash to air fryer and cook at 400 degress for 20 minutes, tossing halfway through*. *I used the "Vegetables" setting on my Gourmia digital air fryer which automatically defaults to a 20-minute cook time at 400 degrees and includes a reminder to toss vegetables at 10 minutes.
